The ISO management representative will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the following:
Procedures, methods and work instructions.
Suitable testing, inspection and audit functions
Methods of Charge and modifications in the quality plans.
Customer satisfaction is our prime objective and is achieved via the ongoing monitoring of quality, price and delivery and a clear understanding of customer requirements. All of these are reviewed at the management review meetings. This is an ongoing responsibility.
